I have lost my temper...!
I thought of writing about so many things today... But things have happened on the flip side of my expectations...!
I have started my day with a very fantastic mood...! The climate was so chill outside this morning when I have started for work...! I have even tested 95 kmph (kilometre per hour) in my bike...! I knew I am driving crazy...
You know I have stopped riding on my bike like a racer at least 7-8 years back itself... But today I was really felt light and did the deadly drive...! In all that speed I have noticed another biker before me moving diagonally from left to right without any signals...!
Thank God...! I have managed to slow down without any skidding or bump as I was having good control over my bike that time...! I have calm down myself and lost my self confidence to move fast again...! But any how it was a thrilling journey which covered about 3 kms in less than 3 minutes...!
But..that's not the story today...!
A person approached me in our college this afternoon relating to a business matter... Being the executive director, I was trying to explain him about that matter. But, he didn't want to listen my explanation on a particular issue... He started shouting loudly.... I have tried make him understand the situation, but unsuccessful...
Suddenly the shout became quarrel and at the peak he used some bad words... On hearing that, I have lost my temper... I was almost on a fighting mood... I should have not done it... But I don't know why I have lost my temper... I have never been like this before... People knows me as a very calm, tactic personality only...
Is there any connectivity between the HBP and the reason for me losing my temper..? Please let me know if you are a pharmacist, doctor or a physician...

Hi Jey -
I have been following your progress in controlling your hypertension. I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulty with it. Most often, hypertension is hereditary and there is nothing you can do to prevent it other than proper exercise and diet. Other times, prolonged periods of stress or anxiety can cause short term hypertension, in which case controlling the irritating factor will relieve the hypertension. Salt in our diet is the number one dietary cause of hypertension. It's very important to keep your blood pressure below 130/80 to prevent future health problems such as stroke, heart attack, dementia, and heart failure. So, if you have to take medication to keep it low, you should be very compliant with the regimen.
It's been interesting to me to follow your blog. I sensed when you were here that, although all people are very similar, your culture is still much different than mine. I can see by reading your blog for several months now that you are much more calm, take life in stride, take life slower, and are generally happy most of the time. You don't start your days in a rush, and you can easily alter your work schedule for religioius activities. I read where you don't eat Breakfast until very late morning, and lunch is late afternoon. Do you eat again at night? How many hours do you normally sleep? It also occurs to me that my family spends probably 3-4 hours watching TV per day. I suspect you don't waste away so much time like that as we do!!! Lastly, I want to ask you, at what age did you begin to learn English? I enjoy watching your sentence structures and comparing them to how I would express the same idea.
Lots of questions - I know! They've been building up for a while, and I just decided today to respond to your hypertension question and ask all my other questions as well. I think you and your family have a wonderful life!! Mickie
